Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze MSAs and various contracts to ensure terms are favorable and risk is minimized.
• Participate in contract negotiations, collaborating with internal teams to align contractual terms with business goals.
• Work closely with senior management to monitor and enforce post-award compliance and fulfillment of obligations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including tracking key milestones, deliverables, and renewal dates.
• Proactively identify contracts nearing expiration or requiring renewal, and coordinate necessary actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor payment terms, invoice schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment of payment milestones.
• Prepare, review, and track Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with contract terms and project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on contract status, risks, and potential issues.
• Serve as a resource for internal teams on contract-related inquiries and best practices.
