Job Title: Contract Administrator Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other contractual documents. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with company policies and mitigating contractual risks while supporting smooth execution and post-award activities. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze MSAs and various contracts to ensure terms are favorable and risk is minimized. Participate in contract negotiations, collaborating with internal teams to align contractual terms with business goals. Work closely with senior management to monitor and enforce post-award compliance and fulfillment of obligations. Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including tracking key milestones, deliverables, and renewal dates. Proactively identify contracts nearing expiration or requiring renewal, and coordinate necessary actions with relevant stakeholders. Monitor payment terms, invoice schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment of payment milestones. Prepare, review, and track Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with contract terms and project needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance. Maintain accurate and organized records of all contractual documents and correspondence. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on contract status, risks, and potential issues. Serve as a resource for internal teams on contract-related inquiries and best practices.
