Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Write compelling, high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, website pages, product descriptions, emails, and more. - Build content for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms. - Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to craft scroll-stopping ad hooks, captions, and CTAs for Reels, banners, and carousels. - Develop and maintain content for website, including SEO-optimized blogs, service pages, FAQs, and homepage sections. - Tailor content across funnel stages—awareness, consideration, conversion, retention—based on user journey and intent. - Work with SEO specialists to create content that ranks—topic clusters, internal linking, and keyword-rich content. - Ensure tone, style, and messaging are consistent across platforms (website, emails, ads, app, social, CRM). - Contribute to A/B testing ideas for ad copy and landing page content to improve conversion rates (CRO). - Track content performance metrics where relevant (CTR, engagement, bounce rate, etc.) and iterate accordingly. Requirements: - Strong portfolio with examples across web, social, and performance content—showcasing clarity, creativity, and conversion impact. - Experience managing or contributing to content calendars and coordinating with cross-functional teams. - Deep understanding of performance content principles—hooks, pain points, emotional triggers, CTAs. - Working knowledge of SEO, funnel-based writing, and platform-based tone adjustment. - Ability to write across multiple formats: short-form (ad copy, captions) and long-form (blogs, landing pages). - Comfortable working with analytics and creative teams to align messaging with data insights.
