Job Summary We are seeking a Consulting Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Consulting Manager will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering impactful solutions to our clients. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for clients in the Payer domain Oversee project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of consulting services Provide expert advice and insights to clients to help them achieve their business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that address client needs Conduct thorough analysis of client operations and identify areas for improvement Develop and present detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource requirements Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the Payer domain Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships Drive continuous improvement in consulting methodologies and processes Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the Payer domain Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of the Payer domain and its unique challenges and opportunities Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Have a proven track record of successfully leading consulting projects Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model Certifications Required PMP Six Sigma Show more Show less
