Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results driven Senior Civil Engineers with a strong background in hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of hospital construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end civil works for hospital construction, including structural, foundation, and finishing phases.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and medical planners to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Supervise and guide contractors and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
• Monitor budgets, conduct risk assessments, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Utilize modern construction techniques and project management tools for efficient execution.
• Prepare regular progress reports and lead technical reviews with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of proven experience in hospital or healthcare facility construction
• Strong understanding of hospital design standards, infection control, and utility integration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and structural design software
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and on-site problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
