Key responsibilities of the Manager - Advanced Insights & Analytics include developing data solutions to derive insights from customer behavior, customer experience, and associate metrics to drive business actions. The individual will collaborate with process owners across different teams in Servicing on analytical projects, execute projects under tight deadlines, prepare and deliver presentations summarizing findings and recommendations, and support loss/cost estimations. The qualifications and requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in STEM related fields with 2-5 years of experience in analytics or 4-7 years of experience in the absence of a degree. Proficiency in BI applications, tools for managing data, analytical tools (such as SAS, Python, R, etc.), SQL/SAS, and Microsoft Office is required. Desired characteristics include the ability to deliver advanced analytics solutions, propose efficient data options, work with large volumes of data, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The working timings for this role are between 06:00 AM Eastern Time and 11:30 AM Eastern Time, with flexibility for the remaining hours to be chosen by the employee.
