We focus on Career and Practical based training in Software Development, Data Science, Networking, Cloud, etc. Job Summary: This is a customer-focused position, and the officer should build and maintain great relationships with our students and prospective students. The role aims to provide a fantastic support experience, respond to queries, ensure student satisfaction, help with enrolment, and follow up with students. Key Responsibilities: Student Engagement: Act as the coordinator of all student queries and support needs. Ensure proper follow-up and keep in touch with the selected/enrolled students. Assist students with post-training processes. Relationship Management: Create good relationships with current and past students to drive referrals. Solicit comments and feedback from students about their experience and act on it consecutively.
