Key Responsibilities:- Is responsible for direct sales, key account management, and business development for the gensets. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the retail, B2C, industrial and commercial sectors. Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline and lead conversion strategy. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business goals. Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demand to optimize sales efforts. Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning. Develop relationships with industry stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers. Explore new geographical markets and industry verticals for business expansion. Key Requirements:- 2+ years of experience Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate must have 2-10years of experience in the HVAC industry, with hands-on expertise in project or service fields. Key Responsibilities: Supervise after-sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Manage site assembly and installations of HVAC units. Lead, guide, and train a team of service technicians. Respond to service calls, including those outside regular business hours, as required by the situation. Visit customer sites to provide on-site support, perform HVAC services, and address client queries effectively. Use relevant tools and techniques to carry out HVAC repair and maintenance tasks.
