The candidate should have strong knowledge of DG sets (5 kVA to 125 kVA range), and a proven ability to meet sales targets in an industrial or B2C environment. Roles and Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads for diesel generator sales in the assigned territory. Identify and approach new customers (builders, industries, institutions, contractors, etc.) Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals. Negotiate and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins. Coordinate with the operations team for delivery, installation, and service follow-up. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sale support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to the management. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred). 14 years of experience in sales of DG Sets / Capital Equipment / Industrial Products. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Should own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
