We are currently hiring for the position of Manager – Compliances at Max Healthcare, Saket.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 8 – 12 years (Preferably from the healthcare industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws (ESIC, EPF, Bonus, Gratuity, IR, CLRA)
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits
- Vendor compliance audits and vendor management
- Respond to routine compliance-related queries
- Government liaisoning and representation
- Handling legal notices, conciliation, and preparation of related documents
