Roles & Responsibilities:

• Securities Issuance & Compliance: Help in ensuring compliance with RBI, FEMA, and SEBI regulations related to the issuance of shares, debentures, and commercial papers.

• Regulatory Filings: Assist in event-based and annual compliance reporting to SEBI and RBI.

• Legal & Contract Review: Support in vetting corporate agreements (NDAs, SPAs, SSAs, SHAs) from a compliance perspective.

• Compliance Support: Work closely with the CCO and Back-Office Treasury Team to ensure timely regulatory adherence.

• Board & Committee Meetings: Assist in organizing and conducting Board, Committee, AGM, and EGM meetings as per the Companies Act, 2013.

• Minutes & Documentation: Support in preparing and circulating minutes, notices, and agenda within prescribed timelines.

Education

Experience:

Skills : ·Understanding the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and compliance frameworks is essential.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Coordinating with auditors, regulators, and internal teams.

· Handling multiple deadlines and meetings efficiently.

· Clear drafting of legal documents, emails, and reports.
