Job Description

Location: At our Off The Grid Glampsite (Khopoli, Maharashtra)

Full-Time | Stay Included

What You'll Do

Be the face of OTG: Greet campers, give them a warm welcome, and ensure a seamless stay
Curate experiences: Coordinate daily activities (treks, jams, bonfires, workshops)
Plan & host events: Support seasonal/weekly camp formats.
Manage feedback: Gather insights, resolve minor issues, and improve camper satisfaction
Support operations: Work closely with on-ground and backend teams for smooth functioning

Must-Haves

You’re comfortable living full-time at the campsite/Travelling to campsite whenever required
Prior experience in hospitality, community building, or event hosting
Strong communication and people skills
