Our current services include a comfy stay in tents, music concerts, fusion-style food, hikes, open-water swimming (lake and pool), etc. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Community Manager located in Khopoli ,Mumbai. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with guests, organizing events and activities, managing online communities, and fostering a sense of belonging among Campers. The role involves creating a vibrant and inclusive environment at our campsite. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in event planning and community engagement Knowledge of social media management Ability to work in a team and independently Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
