Community Manager

Job Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, energetic Community Manager who is passionate about student interaction, community building, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be the voice of iQuanta across all our community platforms – Facebook Groups, WhatsApp Groups, Instagram comments/DMs, Telegram, and more. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage & Manage our large student communities across Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.Actively initiate conversations, resolve queries, and keep students motivated throughout their prep journey.Build strong relationships with community members and identify top contributors, student ambassadors, or potential leads.Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to launch community campaigns, contests, and live interactions.Moderate group discussions and ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand values.Monitor student feedback and sentiment and share actionable insights with relevant teams.Be updated with trends, student needs, and exam cycles to provide timely and relevant communication. Requirements2–3 years of experience managing online communities (preferably in the EdTech space).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Natural people person – enthusiastic about interacting with students and problem-solving.Familiarity with digital platforms like Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Empathetic, patient, and proactive in approach.
