Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Communication Trainee based in Pune, with some work from home flexibility. The Communication Trainee will be responsible for drafting and distributing press releases, developing and implementing strategic communications plans, writing and editing various types of content, and managing internal communications. The trainee will work closely with senior team members to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies are carried out.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Internal Communications skills
Experience in writing and drafting Press Releases
Ability to develop and execute Strategic Communications plans
Proficient writing and editing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
