Position: Commis Chef – Multi-Cuisine (Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental & Fusion) Location: La Nature Hotels & Resorts, Sikar, Rajasthan Industry: Hospitality / Culinary Experience Required: 1–2 years preferred Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: La Nature Hotels & Resorts is hiring a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef with basic experience in multi-cuisine preparation, including Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Fusion dishes. The candidate will work under the guidance of senior chefs and assist in delivering high-quality food for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of various cuisine types as per standards Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen Prepare mise en place and ensure timely support during service Follow instructions from CDP/Sous Chef and maintain kitchen discipline Show initiative in learning new techniques and cuisines Requirements: Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or hotel management preferred 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience Basic knowledge of different cuisines and cooking methods Punctual, eager to learn, and a good team player Why Join La Nature?
