Coasting and Tendering Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Costing and Tender Engineer with experience in tender evaluation, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the cost estimation of civil engineering projects, reviewing tender documents, and developing competitive proposals in collaboration with the procurement and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents including BOQ, technical specifications, GCC & SCC.

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and rate analysis based on current market trends.

Preparation of BOQ and pricing proposals for various civil and infrastructure projects.

Evaluate quotations and proposals from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Identify and prequalify vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for tendering purposes.

Maintain and update material and labour rate database.

Prepare and submit pre-bid queries, clarifications, and compliance documents.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to finalize tender submissions.

Analyze market trends, risk factors, and cost optimization opportunities.

Support in the preparation of project budgets and cost control measures post-award.

Participate in post-tender negotiations, value engineering, and final contract cost submissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
