This is a role for a Co-Founder with Investment at Supergram, located in Bengaluru. The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, leading sales and marketing efforts, conducting thorough market research, and analyzing various aspects of the business. The individual will actively engage in securing investments, building partnerships, and fostering a collaborative company culture. Day-to-day tasks will involve making strategic decisions, overseeing operation, and ensuring the overall growth and sustainability of Supergram.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to synthesize information
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in Sales and the ability to drive revenue growth
• Experience in Marketing with a deep understanding of market dynamics
• Ability to conduct thorough and effective Research to inform business decisions
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Experience in securing investment and building investor relationships is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is preferred
