Role Description – Clinic Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role at

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and clinic workflow
Lead front desk and support staff to ensure exceptional service
Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and client follow-ups
Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
Assist with basic financial management, billing, and reporting
Support marketing efforts by coordinating with social media and events
Ensure clinic cleanliness, compliance, and service quality
Liaise between the doctors and clients for smooth communication

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Prior experience in a clinic, wellness, beauty, healthcare, or hospitality management preferred
Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Basic budgeting and inventory management knowledge
Comfortable using clinic software and digital platforms
Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client well-being
Ability to manage a team with a positive and professional attitude
