Clinic Operations: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards. Manage inventory of Client Record, Medical Records and Cosmetic Supplies, Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance teams, and external service providers. Team Management: Lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team, including aestheticians, nurses, and administrative staff. Recruit, train, and schedule staff, ensuring optimal coverage and professional development. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
