Your duties will include implementing procedures to optimize patient care, managing the budget, and enhancing patient footfalls and revenues.  To be successful in this role, you should exhibit exceptional managerial and business acumen, which would ultimately translate to excellent patient care for increasing number of patients.  Your long-term place of work will be one of our clinics located at Ramnagar, Suratganj, Tikaitganj and Dariyabad, although you may have to fill in for work requirements at any of them.         Clinic Manager Responsibilities: ·                    Planning and executing monthly business plans for the clinic ·                    Interacting with field staff and channels to ensure plans get executed ·                    Designing and implementing local marketing activities ·                    Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties ·                    Liaising with people’s organisations, households, and patients about treatment plans. ·                    Keeping public at large informed about healthcare administered at the clinic. ·                    Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory, and recommending stock supplies for the                clinic to the central purchase authority. ·                    Overseeing the maintenance and repair of clinic equipment ·                    Ensuring implementation of all SOPs and procedures to deliver optimal patient care and efficient clinic                operations ·                    Keeping top management informed about working of the clinic including patient transactions, patient interaction quality, initiatives taken at the clinic, any drawbacks in policies, SOPs, and overall operations   Clinic Manager Requirements: ·                    Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration, marketing or similar. ·                    Ability to supervise, train and motivate clinic and field staff including channel partners staff to                perform their duties efficiently. ·                    Experience of managing a healthcare facility or clinic will be an advantage ·                    Proficiency in managing budgets and billing processes ·                    Competency with computer-based healthcare administration systems, ·                    Good interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers as well as the public ·                    Good written and verbal communication skills.   If you are interested to work with MedoPlus, please share your CV with hr@medoplus.in immediately.
