About the Role:
We are looking for someone who is not just an administrator but a growth-oriented leader. As the Clinic Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations—managing the team, guiding the telecallers, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and most importantly, driving footfall and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Supervise: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure all departments work in sync
• Team Guidance: Train, support, and monitor telecalling and front desk teams to ensure effective lead handling and conversion
• Sales and Revenue Focus: Work closely on strategies to increase walk-ins, consultations, and treatments to achieve monthly revenue goals
• Patient Experience: Ensure a smooth and satisfying journey for every patient—from first call to post-treatment follow-up
• Data & Reporting: Monitor CRM performance, generate daily/weekly reports, and analyze trends to drive improvements
• Coordination: Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and support staff to ensure efficient communication and care delivery
• Problem-Solving: Resolve any operational or customer concerns proactively and professionally

Qualifications:

• You have experience in clinic, hospital, or service industry operations (healthcare background preferred)
• You’re a natural leader who can motivate a team and push for results
• You understand sales and know how to guide a team to achieve revenue targets
• You’re comfortable with CRM tools and performance tracking
• You have excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
• You are result-oriented, reliable, and ready to take initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
