Job Description

Job Summary:


You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the event planning and execution process. The role requires effective communication, project management, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of event operations. You will act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring successful event delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs and expectations to deliver personalised solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits.


Project and Event Management:

  • Responsible for creating and elevating presentations according to the client brief.
  • Work with internal teams (conceptualisers, designers, production, etc.) to execute events that align with the client’s vision and goals.
  • Oversee the development of event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure all event elements are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure services and products required for events.


Client Communication and Reporting:

  • Regularly update clients on event progress, changes, and key milestones.
  • Manage client expectations, troubleshoot issues, and provide quick solutions to problems that arise before or during the event.


Budget Management:

  • Monitor financial performance, including tracking expenses and managing cost-effective solutions.


Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with CS team, designers, production and other internal departments to ensure all client requirements are addressed.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client inputs to improve services and offerings.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in client servicing or account management, ideally within the event industry.
  • Strong understanding of event management, from planning to execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
