Role Overview:

We are seeking a poised and personable Client Experience Associate to deliver exceptional, personalized showroom experiences to our elite clientele in the luxury furniture and décor industry. This role blends high-end service, product storytelling, and a deep understanding of refined client interactions—ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the highest standards of international luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

-Curate Luxury Showroom Experiences:

Welcome clients into an elegant, thoughtfully curated showroom and offer personalized walkthroughs of our premium furniture and décor collections.

-Client Discovery & Personalization:

Engage clients to understand their needs, preferences, and aspirations, providing bespoke recommendations that reflect their unique taste and lifestyle.

-Product Storytelling & Brand Representation:

Articulate the craftsmanship, heritage, and design philosophy behind each piece, elevating the client’s appreciation of the brand.

-Client Journey Management:

Ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints, maintaining meticulous follow-up and relationship management.

-Operational & Administrative Support:

Assist with daily showroom operations, inventory management, and client documentation to uphold a pristine and efficient environment.

-Leadership & Initiative:

Take ownership of client interactions and proactively contribute ideas to enhance the luxury retail experience.

Requirements:

-Well-groomed, polished, and confident, with a refined and sophisticated presence

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

-Strong attention to detail, with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills

-Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, design consulting, or high-end lifestyle brands is preferred

-Ability to build rapport with ultra high-net-worth individuals and deliver meaningful brand experiences

-A proactive and responsible mindset, with a passion for excellence in customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
