- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance relationships with institutional partners
- Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities related to institutional relations
- Prepare and distribute communication materials to stakeholders
- Conduct research on potential partners and assist in identifying new opportunities for collaboration
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to institutional relations activities
- Provide administrative support to the Institutional Relations team as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in institutional relations or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of higher education or non-profit sector is a plus
