β Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients. β Understand customer needs and expectations through structured communication and regular check-ins. β Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. β Handle communication with multiple stakeholders, balancing and resolving conflicting interests. β Prioritize and manage multiple client issues efficiently and transparently. β Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. β Monitor key customer metrics (e.g., CSAT, NPS, retention) and take proactive measures to improve performance. β Develop and implement strategic plans for enhancing client retention and loyalty. β Identify and address at-risk accounts early with tailored retention strategies. β Maintain up-to-date CRM records and prepare client performance reports as needed.
