Job Title: Client Relations Manager

Location: Delhi, Naraina Industrial Area

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Communication Manager to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

-Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing personalized advice, and guiding them throughout their bridal shopping experience.

-Manage the entire customer journey, from initial consultation to final delivery of bridal garments.

-Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client orders.

-Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences, offering personalized solutions, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

-Assist with client appointments, fittings, and consultations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

-Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and purchases in the CRM system.

-Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer engagement and sales.

-Stay updated on the latest bridal trends, garment designs, and product offerings to better serve clients.

Requirements:

-At least 1 year of experience in the garment industry, preferably in a client-facing role.

-Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.

-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

-Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-A passion for bridal fashion and customer service excellence.

-Prior experience in a retail or bridal setting is a plus.
