• AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Revit – Drafting and designing site plans and structures.
• STAAD Pro / ETABS / SAP2000 – Structural analysis and design.
• MS Project / Primavera P6 – Project scheduling and management.
• Quantity Estimation & Costing – BOQs, rate analysis, and budgeting.
• Surveying – Use of Total Station, Theodolite, GPS, and leveling instruments.
• Construction Methods & Materials – Knowledge of concrete, steel, and soil behavior.
• Building Information Modeling (BIM) – Understanding 3D modeling and coordination.
• Site Execution – Reading drawings, supervising construction work, ensuring quality.
• Geotechnical Analysis – Soil testing, foundation design, retaining structures.
• Transportation Engineering – Road and highway design, traffic studies.
