Job Responsibilities Align design vision with structural and aesthetic precision Oversee civil, MEP & structural elements of projects Prepare/review structural drawings (AutoCAD essential) Lead timelines, budgets & quality in project execution Ensure on-site safety & regulatory compliance Resolve technical/site issues independently Support BIM/3D workflows (BIM knowledge a plus) Job Requirements B.E. in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) 5+ years in structural design & site execution Experience working closely with architects Strong grasp of materials, finishes & detailing Expert in MEP systems & construction methods Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM/3D tools a plus Proven ability to manage sites & ensure safety Detail-oriented, design-savvy & self-driven Excellent coordination & leadership skills Show more Show less
