We are seeking an experienced Cinematographer to join our dynamic video production team. This role is pivotal in elevating visual storytelling and production quality across a variety of high-impact video formats, including Spokespersons/ P2C videos/ Explainer videos, Creative testimonial, Small to big scale advertisements, Brand films, Documentaries and digital content. You’ll be responsible for crafting sophisticated visual experiences by expertly managing lighting , camera work , and color workflows , ensuring every frame aligns with our premium visual standards . And most importantly efficiency, ownership, innovation and professionalism are the key aspects. If you have a keen eye for detai l, a deep understanding of lighting design and camera operation s, and the technical expertise to shoot log footage with an eye towards color grading and post-productio n, we want to hear from you . Key Responsibilit iesLighting & Cinematogra phyDesign and impleme nt professional lighting set ups tailored to each project’s visual tone—ranging from cinematic, moody looks to clean, educational environmen ts.Execu te precise exposure cont rol, particularly when shooting in S-Log/Log formats (or) Any raw form ats, maintaining maximum dynamic range and color fideli ty.Achie ve flawless skin to ne s, balanced highlig hts, a nd controlled shad ows across varied skin types, wardrobe, and set conditio ns.Camera Operation & Fram ingOperate and mana ge high-end cinema came ras (Sony FX series, Canon Cinema Line, Blackmagic, RED), ensuri ng consiste nc y, sharpn ess, a nd visual narrative cohere n ce.Plan and execu te shot li st s, storyboa rds, a nd camera moveme nts that serve the content’s purpose—whether static, engaging talk segments or dynamic B-roll sequenc es. Color Science & Look Develop mentEns ure color accu racy and visual consist ency from pre-production through post-product ion.Capture footage optimized for color gra ding, working closely with colorists to establ ish visual LUTs and look development pipel i nes.Maintain consistency in white bal an ce, color tempera ture, and light inten sity across shooting d ays.Pre-Production & On-Set Workf lowsCollaborate with directors, production designers, and producers to plan the visual appr oach, ass ess location lighting condit ions, and ensure the smo oth technical execu tion of sho ots.Cond uct camera and lighting rehear sals to finalize blocking, movement, and lighting dynamics prior to the main sh oot.Equipment Handling & Technical Knowl edgeManage and maint ain camera ki ts, le ns es, lighting gear, and grip equip ment, ensuring all setups are effic ie nt, safe, and production-r e ady.Stay up-to-date on the lat est camera technolo gi es, lighting techni ques, and workflow best pract ices to continuously innovate the visual out put. What We’re Lookin g ForExper ience: Minimum 3+ years as a Cinematogr ap her, Director of Photography (DOP) on professional sets Ads or films, ideally with a portfolio showca sing inter vi ews, corporate fi lms, educational co n tent, ev ents and commercial s h oots.Camera Profic iency: Expertise in hand ling Sony FX s er ies, Canon C in ema, Black magic , o r RED cameras. Solid understandin g of frame ra tes, resolu tions, and c odecs for different distribution platf orms.Lighting Ma stery: Ability to conceptualize and execute lighting setups for varied fo rmats, whether controlled studio environments or practical on-location sh oots.Color Know ledge: Familiarity with color grading pipe li nes, L UTs, S-Log/RAW work flows, and color calibr ation techniques to ensure seamless post-production integra tion.Attention to D etail: Hyper-focuse d on lighting r at ios, tex tu res, color ba lance, and exp osure, ensuring that every frame maintains the visual language of the b rand.Collaborative & Orga nized: Comfortable working wi thin multidisciplinary teams, leading small crews, and maintai ning efficient production time lines without compromising on qua lity. Nice t o HaveExperience with virtual production se tups, LED wall integ ratio n, or green screen wor k flows.Knowled ge of audio-visual synchroni zation, and understanding how to collaborate with sound teams o n set.Familiarity with motion gr aphics, ensuring live-action shot s are post-fr iendly for compos itin g.
