About the Company:


A global leader in bicycle manufacturing, the company produces a large volume of cycles daily and exports to over 70 countries. The organization is ISO certified and has established a strong international footprint since its inception.


About the Role:


The Chief of Staff (COS) to the CEO serves as a strategic enabler and execution partner, ensuring that the CEO's agenda is effectively executed, organizational initiatives are aligned, and progress is tracked. The COS plays a key role in integrating business functions, acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO's priorities, and driving high-impact outcomes across the company.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Execution Support:

  • Translate the CEO's vision into operational plans and priorities.
  • Lead the execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating with senior leadership teams (SLTs) and project taskforces.
  • Set up governance frameworks to monitor the progress of CEO-driven initiatives such as growth, transformation, and restructuring.
  • Identify obstacles and proactively resolve them to maintain momentum.


  • CEO Office Operations:

  • Manage and align the CEO's schedule with the company's strategic priorities.
  • Prepare briefing notes, pre-reads, and talking points for CEO's meetings and external engagements.
  • Act as a point of triage for requests directed to the CEO, prioritizing them as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all high-level communications and decisions.


  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO, SLTs, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead monthly leadership reviews and CEO staff meetings.
  • Drive pre-reads, agenda setting, and follow-ups for meetings.
  • Ensure informed, timely decision-making by synthesizing inputs from various departments.


  • Problem Solving & Special Projects:

  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects as per CEO's direction.
  • Conduct internal analyses and benchmarking to support strategic decisions.
  • Step in as a project manager for initiatives requiring leadership bandwidth and strategic impact.


  • Culture & Leadership Enablement:

  • Act as a confidential advisor to the CEO on people and culture issues.
  • Help shape leadership norms, tone, and cultural rituals.
  • Ensure alignment of leadership behavior with the company’s core values and strategic goals.


Qualifications:


  • Graduation/Post-graduation from a

    premier college

    or institution only.
  • Strong academic record with a focus on business, management, or related fields.

  • Strong strategic thinking and executive communication.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Analytical rigor and ability to solve complex problems.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.


Preferred Skills:


  • Mature, low-ego, and resourceful.

  • Strong judgment and high trust quotient.


Pay range and compensation package:


CTC: Up to 70 LPA
