As a Channel Partner Sourcing Manager in the real estate sector, you will play a vital role in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new channel partners for both residential and commercial projects. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic engagement plans for channel partners, driving regular meetings, events, and training programs. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the conversion of qualified leads generated through the channel partner network. Additionally, you will work hand in hand with the marketing team to provide partners with the necessary promotional tools and collaterals. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities within the broker ecosystem will also be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have a proven track record in channel partner sourcing and management within the real estate industry. A strong network of active brokers and channel partners, particularly in the Pune region, would be advantageous. Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role. You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting would be considered a plus.
