Job Description

Key Responsibilities Channel Development & Management Develop and execute a channel sales strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. Build strong, long-term relationships with high-performing icp's, and Ipc's. Analyze regional trends, competitor activity, and sales data to adjust strategies. Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports to senior management. Reporting and Revenue Generation Drive sales through channel partners and exceed sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams. Team Leadership Build and manage a high-performing team of regional channel sales managers and executives. Set performance metrics, monitor results, and provide ongoing coaching and support. Training & Engagement Design and implement regular training, engagement events, and incentive programs for channel partners. Organize channel partner meets, webinars, and site visits to boost partner motivation and conversion. Key Requirements Education: Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing. Experience: 12-18 years of relevant experience in real estate, telecommunication,Insurance,EdTech,channel sales. At least 5 years in a national or zonal leadership role in real estate is must. Proven success in launching or scaling channel networks across multiple geographies. Skills: Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and partner ecosystems. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. This profile require frequent Travel. Tech-savvy with experience in CRM and sales analytics tools.
