Channel Sales Network Head


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (dealers/distributors) in target markets.
  • Drive sales through channel partners and support them with technical/product knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, acoustic consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct product trainings, demos, and presentations for channel partners and their clients.
  • Track performance of each channel partner and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and implement region-specific channel strategies to increase market penetration.


✅ Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel sales in

    acoustic products, interior solutions, or building materials

    .
  • Strong understanding of B2B project sales, dealer management, and influencer-driven selling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across regions as per business needs.
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, or related field preferred.
