Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Robotic Assembly Equipment Department: Maintenance / Engineering Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Experience Required: 2–6 years Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting robotic assembly equipment and associated automation systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high equipment availability through effective preventive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and efficient repair work. Key Responsibilities:1. Preventive Maintenance Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on robotic assembly machines to enhance performance and extend equipment lifespan. Maintain logs of preventive maintenance activities and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules. 2. Troubleshooting and Repairs Diagnose faults and breakdowns in robotic systems. Perform PLC troubleshooting and resolve communication issues between various PLC platforms. 3. Vision System Maintenance Inspect, maintain, and repair machine vision systems used in quality control processes. Ensure accurate operation and calibration of vision equipment. 4. Drive Systems Maintain and troubleshoot Siemens and SEW drive systems. Monitor drive performance, replace faulty components, and update firmware/software if needed. 5. Sensing Devices Install, test, and repair a range of sensors including proximity, photoelectric, and limit sensors. Ensure proper functioning of all sensing devices to maintain safety and efficiency in assembly operations. 6. Electrical Hoists Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of electrical hoists. Ensure the hoists operate safely and comply with load-handling standards. Qualifications :Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment Strong knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley) Hands-on experience with Siemens/SEW Drives, vision systems, and various industrial sensors Familiar with troubleshooting, safety standards, and root cause analysis Preferred Skills: Experience with robotic systems in automotive or electronics assembly lines Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of TPM, Kaizen, and 5S Why Join Us?
