Responsibilities:

1) Be a part of the City Sales/Operations team

2) Manage a team of 3-4 Operations associates for the city

3) Responsible of entire onboarding of that category for the city

4) Analyse data to identify performance bottlenecks, device corrective solutions and own

implementation end to end

5) Be the quality custodian of your city ensuring superlative customer experience

6) Identify city specific nuances which may aid or hamper city performance and device solution

around them

7) Work with central team on key initiates such as pricing, new service launch, etc

Requirements:

1) Past experience in managing sales or operations is a core requirement for this role

2) High degree of comfort on excel and strong data analysis skills

3) 1-3 years of experience

4) Ability to communicate fluently (English, written and verbal)
