Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carrier Relations Manager located in Gurugram. The Carrier Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with telecom carriers, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include monitoring carrier performance, resolving issues, optimizing costs, and liaising with internal teams for seamless operations. The role also involves analyzing market trends and making strategic recommendations to enhance service quality and efficiency.

• Experience in managing carrier relationships and telecom agreements
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the telecommunications industry
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with carriers and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the telecom industry, particularly in VoIP and SMS services, is a plus
