Responsibilities:

  • Answering and resolving customer inquiries:Call Center Executives handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats, addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving:They identify customer needs, research issues, and provide effective solutions, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Providing product/service information:They offer accurate information about products or services, guiding customers through troubleshooting or processes.
  • Maintaining customer records:Call Center Executives update and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
  • Meeting performance targets:They strive to meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaboration and communication:They work with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
