Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, online platforms, email, cold calling)
  • Pitch services (IT/Software/Web Development/Marketing etc.) to prospects
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details and follow-ups
  • Handle initial client communication, meetings, and negotiations
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project handover
  • Meet monthly/quarterly targets for leads and conversions
  • Research market trends and competitors to refine outreach strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,534.16 - ₹38,090.02 per month
