Bussiness Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the security industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our full range of security solutions,

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in both private and public sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and online research.
• Develop and present tailored security solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, technical, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the security industry (minimum 2–3 years).
• Strong understanding of security products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience selling integrated security solutions
• Established network of contacts in real estate, construction, facility management, or corporate security.
