Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at our Pulikkayam (Kodanchery) office. You will be responsible for driving business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting Cascade’s digital solutions to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and client outreach.
• Promote Cascade’s services such as website development, social media marketing, SEO, branding, and advertising.
• Conduct meetings (in-person and virtual) with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support revenue growth.
• Prepare and present business proposals, service packages, and follow-ups.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Maintain all client records in CRM and manage sales reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development (preferably in digital marketing).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is an advantage.
• Should be tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Must be willing to relocate to Pulikkayam, Kodanchery (if not already residing there).

Terms & Conditions

• Work Location: The role is strictly office-based at Pulikkayam, Kodanchery.
• Relocation: Candidates must relocate at their own expense before joining.
• Travel & Accommodation: Daily work requires local travel within the region when needed; no remote option is available.
• Probation Period: 3 months probation; performance will be evaluated during this period.
• Salary & Incentives: Competitive package based on experience + monthly performance incentives.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Non-Disclosure: All selected candidates must sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• No Remote Work: This is a full-time, on-site job only. Remote or hybrid work requests will not be entertained.
• Exit Policy: 30-day notice is mandatory in case of resignation.

Pay: ₹9,734.88 - ₹34,418.71 per month
