Job Description

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in fostering strategic client relationships and boosting sales growth within the Digital Marketing sector. Your responsibilities will encompass possessing a solid grasp of solutions, adopting a consultative sales approach, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and business performance. You will be tasked with the following key duties: Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with key decision-makers at prominent client accounts. - Serve as the main point of contact for all strategic account-related concerns. Sales & Revenue Growth: - Surpass set sales targets through strategies like upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new business. - Identify and capitalize on fresh business opportunities within existing client accounts. Account Strategy & Execution: - Devise and execute tailored account development plans that align with both client requirements and company objectives. - Keep a close eye on sales pipelines and forecasts, offering regular updates and valuable insights. Service Promotion & Solution Selling: - Comprehend and articulate the company's service offerings, such as 360 Marketing, Web Designing, Organic Marketing, Google Ads, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. - Propose and implement personalized marketing solutions that cater to each client's unique business objectives and obstacles. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and finance) to ensure efficient order execution and post-sales support. - Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively. Market Intelligence & Reporting: - Stay abreast of competitor activities, customer trends, and emerging market prospects. - Produce comprehensive sales reports, pipeline metrics, and strategic suggestions. Contract & Commercial Management: - Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in accordance with company policies. - Ensure timely contract renewals, compliance, and documentation. Customer Retention & Loyalty: - Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, punctual delivery, and continuous support. - Create loyalty programs and initiatives to fortify client retention.
