Job Title : Business Technology Solutions Manager Job Type : Full-time Location : On-site in Pune or Gurgaon, India Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Business Technology Solutions Manager. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, while delivering innovative technology solutions to our clients within the lifesciences industry. You will oversee multiple projects, manage client relationships, and ensure the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities : Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and offer thought leadership. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for project planning, capacity management, and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions (BI Reporting, Analytics, AI, Digital, Big Data, Cloud, MDM). Apply Agile delivery concepts to ensure robust and scalable solutions. Foster client relationships and bring forward new technology ideas and trends. Act as the single point of contact and advisor for clients to facilitate business needs. Coach project teams on business perspectives and contribute to strategic decision-making. Mentor and motivate team members to achieve their full potential. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field. 7-10 years of experience leading delivery teams in data management, analytics, and cloud technologies. Strong client presence and effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms. Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global team setting. Extensive experience in big data, cloud technologies, and data warehousing. Significant supervisory and project management skills. Willingness to travel as needed to coordinate with clients or project teams. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with lifesciences data is a plus.
