Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Tax Reviewer located in Noida. The Business Tax Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing and preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and generating financial statements. Additional responsibilities include researching tax laws, providing financial advice, and supporting the finance team with tax-related matters.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tax Preparation and Tax Law knowledge
• Review corporate, partnership, and other business tax returns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation. This includes federal, state, and local tax returns
• Required 4+ years of experience in Business Tax(1065, 1120).
• Experience with generating Financial Statements and managing Tax finances
• In-depth understanding of Financial management and Tax regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
