We are hiring for a leading e-commerce company known for its innovation, customer-centric approach, and aggressive growth in the D2C space. Backed by a strong investor group, the company is expanding rapidly across India. Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Business Head to lead the next phase of growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building D2C brands from scratch , leading high-performance teams, and managing full P&L responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall business strategy for D2C and B2B growth. Build and scale D2C brands — from product positioning to go-to-market execution. Lead end-to-end sales strategy , including B2B partnerships and channel expansion. Ensure excellence in service delivery , post-sales support, and client retention. Drive new client acquisition across enterprise and mid-market segments. Manage cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain. Own revenue targets, margins, and unit economics across business lines. Analyze performance data, identify growth levers, and take corrective action proactively. Key Requirements 15+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer tech companies. Demonstrated success in building D2C brands from the ground up . Strong background in B2B sales , service delivery, and key account management. Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams and cross-functional departments. Sharp business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and customer obsession. MBA from a reputed institute preferred, but not mandatory.
