Contact Number HR : Sharmila Shinde 9850011245 Work From Office Only Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to schools, junior colleges, tuition classes, and villages to promote Spectrum Academy's educational programs. Meet principals, teachers, and local influencers to build awareness and develop admission partnerships . Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and handle student inquiries and mobilization activities . Organize and manage awareness sessions, seminars, education fairs , and spot admissions. Collect data of potential students and maintain follow-up records via calls or WhatsApp. Support in conducting entrance tests, demo lectures, and admission camps in target areas. Prepare daily/weekly field visit reports and share with the management. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Graduate in any field (BBA / B.Com / MSW / BSc preferred) Experience: 1–3 years in sales, marketing, education promotion, or NGO fieldwork Skills Required: Excellent communication in Marathi & basic English Strong convincing and public speaking skills Willing to travel 70% of time in the assigned territory Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Forms & WhatsApp follow-ups Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
