Contact HR : Sharmila Shinde : 9850011245 Work From Office only Key Responsibilities: Field Work & Community Engagement Conduct field visits to villages, schools, colleges, and Krishi Kendras to promote training programs or government schemes. Interact with farmers, youth, and students for awareness and mobilization. Survey & Data Collection Assist in baseline surveys, feedback collection , and documentation of beneficiary information. Maintain records of field activities and share daily/weekly reports. Training & Awareness Support in organizing agriculture-related awareness sessions, workshops, and training . Help trainers and coordinators with training logistics and student engagement. Communication & Coordination Coordinate with the project office, government officials, and partner NGOs. Maintain communication with registered students or farmers via calls or WhatsApp. Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Sc. Agriculture (Final Year Appearing / Pass-Outs) Experience: Freshers are welcome; preference to those with rural internship or project work Skills Required: Willingness to work in field & rural locations Basic knowledge of agriculture schemes & farming practices Marathi communication must; basic Hindi/English preferred Smartphone handling, Google Form & basic MS Excel knowledge Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) Additional Benefits: Travel Allowance, Food Allowance (as per company norms) Work Schedule: 6 days/week | 70% fieldwork expected Certificate: Govt.
