Business Development Officer

Job Title: Business Consultant Location: Mohali 8-B Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000 (In-hand) + ₹20,000 (Performance-based Variable) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates (0–1.5 years) Industry: IT Services (Web Development, Software, Applications, Digital Marketing, Branding, etc.) Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Consultant who can understand client needs, represent our IT services effectively, and help close deals with strong communication and consultative selling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with potential clients to understand their business needs and explain relevant services (website development, app development, custom software, digital marketing, etc.) Conduct consultation meetings, either in-person or virtually. Identify new business opportunities and assist in pitching solutions. Prepare proposals and follow-up to close sales. Maintain client relationships for long-term growth. Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper handover of closed deals. Keep track of daily activities in CRM or tracking sheets. Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to learn and present technical services effectively.
