Position : Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Location : Dehradun, Uttarakhand Experience : 3-6 years Industry : Solar Energy Employment Type : Full-time Shift Timing : Night Shift Job Summary: - We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager/Business Development Manager with in-depth knowledge of solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, closing sales, managing clients, and contributing to the strategic growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy sector. Generate leads through various channels and successfully close deals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities. Prepare and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Key Requirements: - Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and market dynamics. Excellent lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets. Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute business growth initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
