Job Title: Business Development Manager Robotics & AI STEM Labs Location: Surat & Ahmedabad, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (EdTech B2B Sales) Industry: EdTech / STEM Education / Robotics & AI Salary: As per industry norms Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding Robotics & AI-based STEM Education Lab setups across schools in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in EdTech B2B sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for transforming school education through technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools (CBSE/ICSE) for STEM lab setups. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with school management and decision-makers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to school-specific needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and post-sales support. Meet sales targets and contribute to regional business growth. Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and client interactions in CRM tools. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience in the EdTech sector. Strong understanding of K–12 education systems, especially CBSE and ICSE boards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Surat, Ahmedabad).
